UPR Catch Can Install - 2022 F150 5.0L v8

Thinking about getting one. I just don’t like the idea of it collecting in the intake even though it’s port/direct injection setup. My focus st was just direct so the catch can was a must and would catch a bunch.

I put one one on my 2022 5.0 and I'm emptying half a catch between oil changes. Port injection is only activated at speeds 35mph and under, then it kicks over to direct injection. It's catching as much oil as the 3.5 eco-boost.

Just put a J&L catch can on my 3.5 EB, waiting to see how much it catches.

It's a pdi fuel injection so I dont think it is really needed. I put one on a gdi only engine once and it worked pretty good. I would take it off when going to the dealer to not affect the warranty.

Anyone knows what those 2 screws that holds on to the catch can with the bracket, mine disappeared and found mine hanging off the bracket😂

Wouldn't need 1 if ford made them right.. I have a ram 5.7 hemi 2013 that uses 0 oil between 5000 mile oil changes... proves ford is junk
