I love it. Being a crab fisherman , I could probably add better crab. I like a bit of extra salt and soy sauce. Gotta give this a go.

Cool technique but doesn’t look very appetizing. I’d give it a try because you put lots of butter in it, so it can’t be that bad.

Nestum - 100g Milk powder - 30g Salt - 1/3 tsp Sugar - 1 tbs (Mix the ingredients) Curry leaves Chilli padi Coat prawns with corn starch, 1 egg and 1 tsp salt

I have idea of prawn shell peeling job, then actually if its(nestum) on the meat definitely will be nicer. Wonder if it can become like spread arnd market and foodstall for such job to exist(any age that can do it safely)? Like it is common sense like cooking at home for ownself to eat, the rights of buyer to decide who to let work(as long as hygienic anyway).

This looks great! It reminds me of my great grandma's cooking! I've been searching for it! I got a question though as it seems many other videos on steamed fish don't mention but what oil is used at the end of it and is it necessary to add the oil? I can't remember if my great grandma poured oil over it.
