Golden Crispy Yam Prawn Recipe 芋头虾 (My Little Kitchen)

Want to learn how to make crispy yam prawn? Just follow this few steps and you will love it! ❤
Ingredients:
(For the crispy yam)
Yam :500g
Wheat starch: 120g
Shortening: 60g
Five spices powder: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1 Tsp
Sugar: 2 Tsp
(Just follow the steps how I did in the video)
