I don't think it's either I check the 2009 henry new in box (which they are some) and does have these conditions. Just look at the piston and you'll see.

@@MGTF74Hey! Late reply to this video, but I just bought a trackmaster James that also looked just like this, so it turns out that there were multiple of them made. It has the Phillips screws and sticker decals but on the fisher price mold.
