Trackmaster Henry 2009-Hit TOYS (HYBRID?)

Well this is unexpecting for sure. How I manage to get this one is very good condition is beyond me.
What your seeing here is a (Hybrid) Fisher-Price/Hit Toys Henry. I bought to replacement some of my old broken trains, and proceed with the other I'll get, that was when I notice something odd about this one.
This might will be a "Early Release" Trackmaster 2009 Henry because of the stickers and the screws on the model (what you will see from Hit TOYS,) put on this Fisher-Price model. Making it a hybrid?

This might be a prototype or a custom The HiT toys henry has gray side rods, which is something I noticed recently

I don't think it's either I check the 2009 henry new in box (which they are some) and does have these conditions. Just look at the piston and you'll see.
