Always barefoot on a Bosu ball ! So many benefits from feeling every single toe contribute to our stability... it seems really stupid to me to use it with shoes on.

How about the texture on the BOSU next generation vs. Smoother lines on the classic. Can this actually give some pain to the palms when you lean on the BOSU for a while? Can anyone share their experience?

These are great exercises, and the bosu would be good for the ones where you need your elbow on the floor to cushion your arm but honestly, you can do all of these exercises on the floor and it would do the exact same thing.

You're absolutely right that these exercises can be done on the floor, but it's not the exact same thing! Bosu Ball has many benefits for balance, stability, and longevity. I use it to teach a lot of my clients of all ages. I've seen a 76-year man go from a walker to being able to balance and squat full 90 degrees on a Bosu ball! Couldn't recommend it more! Thank you David Weck!

While the video itself is good, the numerous commercials right in the middle of a set is frustrating and ridiculous. I will not do this video again due to this.
