I live here in Germany and apart from me and my husband, none of my friends or colleagues in the area have ever had an experience like Shambavi or even know what meditation means. I have these experiences almost entirely on my own and can't really share them with anyone. If I told my colleagues about it, they would think I was crazy because they don't know what I'm talking about (I work in an engineering office). That's why the videos on this channel are really important to me! ❤️ For me, Shambavi is a liberation because I had absolutely no control over my feelings. In the past, I would quickly get so worked up during an argument that I would easily start screaming or even crying, sometimes even shaking, just because of a difference of opinion. Since I started with Shambavi, I have been able to control myself because the peace and truth I have found for myself is so much more important than being right or even being understood... 😊 I don't try to control my thoughts, I just try to look at everything and accept it as it is and various fears have become weaker as a result. Or at least they no longer determine my everyday life. ❤😊

Regarding being in Sadhguru's presence, , I will just say that his mindstream is available, his mind's presence is available, and it is perhaps a more potent way to access his gifts for us, his gateway for us, over focus on physical proximity and his touch. The touch of his mind is shocking and potent event available to all who seek it... for free. I have not yet been in his physical presence due to family obligations, and I still hope to, but I do not feel a loss if it does not happen. All the gifts that flow through him are accessible even without programs and organized events. New subscriber, looking forward to more.
