There are those who remain brainwashed by the opportune. Like BBC, NYT etc. I've got a friend who lives abroad in Europe. He's not from the Abrahamic faiths but thinks hindu "terrorism" is the major problem in India. Calls RSS and supporters of hindu causes like JSD who talk about HR&CE, Places of Worship Act, misuse of secularism, Waqf etc as terrorists. I feel gutted for not being of any help. There's a zillion people out there who don't understand how things are a mess at a fundamental level, like the constitution but, talk as if they do understand. These very same people influence others into believing that since hindus are majority, they're chill, no violation of their rights is happening. ...it is sad...BUT the truth is that GANESHA was worshipped for centuries by hindus like this ... offerings of flesh-bones-blood ... why? ... various boons and benefits and acquisition of wealth ... laddoos were 'meat balls' until enlightened persons advised against this form of worship and fruits, flowers and 'sugary laddoos' replaced meatballs...and YET many temples subscribe to this form of worship still to date ... like an ancient temple in NEPAL ... offerings of decapitated goats and chickens are offered to GANESHA ...
