The only thing that you have to do now is hold on to Thalai Kadavul and meditate consistently for a few months. Started STAGE 4 with guidance of guruji. Before breath practice mind was over thinking, full of anger Now i feel Mind is peaceful , calm , easily not get triggered. There is a interdependency and connect between all three realities. One reality cannot function without the existence of other reality. House is the ultimate reality. Lock is the physical reality and key is the Spiritual reality. Mayq makes us to forget that there is a permanent house for us.

Humans cannot exist without the three realities.. Spiritual reality does not need the physical reality but it needs the ultimate reality.. while ultimate reality (Brahman/Allah) does not need the other two realities. It can exist all by itself like it has been for billions of years.. Get my point?
