I used to write a script, rehearse it, record it, delete it if there were mistakes and do all that in the past ma.. But lately, all that has changed.. I don't think it is just becoz of just Pranayama and meditation.. It is becoz I myself have changed ma.. I have become Aathman and I truly blv that I am not this body and mind anymore ma.. Body and mind is just to carry out my duty ma.. So things are just flowing ma..
