Kinda new in the hobby, but have a lot of experience playing games in general like card games, dnd, video games etc. I love horror, and I hear this game is amazing, but as a noob, should I try this game out?

I can relate, one I went to for 10 years closed down a couple years ago. The lease for the property doubled and the very nice couple that ran the store were ready to retire. They practically knew everyone that came in and would always ask you about your family and try to set you up with gamers who played whatever you were into. Great summary video, I had a blast watching the entire announcement but for those who have very busy lives this is great summary of it. Instead of showing my wife the entire thing I show her this video she is not into board games as me but she is supportive and wanted me to tell her more about it.

Do you think Everdell - The Complete Collection is too big?

OMG, that's me when I get home from work and notice that my husband touched one of the games. 😆😜 I generally keep roll & writes, small card games, fillers, pnp's, etc. on their own shelf. All the other shelves are for bigger games in no particular order. I just tidy em up in a Tetris way. We also have a separate shelf for accessories, components, dice, sleeves, etc. They of course are organized in jars, playmat tubes, little drawers... WOW, I'm such a nerd

Typing as we go along.... SO, firstly I felt very stupid that I havent played Azul LOL. Citadels is a game I have had on my shelf for more than a year and its still sealed.... definitely want to crack it now. Ticket to ride I tried once, but did it with people who didnt know it. I feel like I need to try it again with someone who knows the game. It is indeed on my shelf though. Wingspan I have been wanting to try for quite some time :) All and all, another amazing video!

I've only played 3 out of this batch. Ticket to Ride is probably one of my least favorite modern board games. My first two plays were so horribly tedious and I figured out who was going to win early on which killed the fun for me. I totally get why some people like it, but it's one of the few I'll decline to play. Wyrmspan is great. I absolutely agree that it's capable of dragging at 4 players. The solo mode is quite good and feels competitive without an overly complicated AI to run. I prefer it over Wingspan, but that's 100% because I've never tried Wingspan. A friend has a copy so I'll need to try it eventually, but dragons draw me in more than birds, and so personally Wyrmspan is my "span" game.😅 Quacks of Quenldlinburg I've only had the chance to play once, and it's not in my collection because a friend owns it. I found it to be quite a lot of fun and would absolutely play again is given the chance. Thank you for sharing your takes! These videos always hammer home how many different games there are out there, and how many I've still not tried.

I'm usually able to resist player mats, but I absolutely love my season 2 mat.

Uh oh...once you get that taste for a good playmat...you usually want them with any game that provides them, its a dark road to store them all, lol. Anywho, i usually get the mats for card based games that need set up areas, which just makes it easier to set up games but again just a pain to find a spot for them to store

Nice and Chill unboxing, we have been on the fence with the Final Girl series , purely as its a solo playthrough, but it might make our table in the near future.
