Just finished one and it was absolutely god awful, I know it's just because I didn't get enough sleep and food intake yesterday wasn't the best either, I know why I've had a bad workout but yeah, had to give myself a shake and tell myself you know why this has happened so I've gotta sort it out for tomorrow.

Legit a lie cut the recipe in half to make it a single serving of this had to add more protein powder to make it less drippy. Plus more sweetner. I put it in the freezer for double the time and it was still like way too soft. Also it tasted ass

They look delicious. But if you're making "Quest" bars for a Keto or high-protein diet, why ruin them with high-carb sugary candies, etc.? Couldn't you could use sugar alcohols to get the sweetness/flavor without the calories and carbs?

Where is he getting the calorie total from? 1 scoop whey 100 1 scoop casein 120 2 tbsp powdered PB 50 Coconut Flour 60 Mini chocolate chips 70-105 1 tsp butter 34 Total 434-479 calories Am I missing something? Unless the recipe is for 2 servings. 2 scoops of most proteins would be well over 40 grams of protein.
