Same thing happened to me but it was the banks fault . So they put me in a hotel for almost a month. It sucked. Oh yeah my wife was 8 months pregnant . Got into the house a week before the baby came .

Are you planning on buying the house with the intention you're going to move right out so you can make income off of people renting it? This is just me, I'd never ever buy a house just to buy a house. It's an assset and needs to be treated as such.
