I completely understand why you decided to stay. We stayed for the same reason and were able to prevent expensive water damage when tree branches broke through our windows. Thankfully the flood waters didn't get us. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing. This video was truly eye-opening.

Just so heartbreaking 💔 for you and everyone on the gulf coast. We are on the east side so Helene didn’t come our way, but we are keeping an eye on Milton now. I will definitely go back and watch your older videos and even play some in the background while doing other things to help you get more views. And yes, I would love updates as you go along, rebuilding your house, drive around town and show the process of rebuilding, etc.

How long did it take for the passport to arrive?

Just checking out the video. My parents owned an eleventh floor at Ocean Sands. Sold unit over a decade ago. When I was visiting I would run on the beach at or beyond the bird sanctuary. Anytime there were heavy rains the night before there would be an accumulation of water always at the part of Redington beach that would be at least an ankle deep of water. Depending on the tide. All private homes and many land slots for sale at that time. These were single dwelling properties and the next point it was high rise units? Correct me if I am wrong. I always had great runs and a quick swim afterwards.

We're supposed to be going to the All Seasons in Madeira Beach in 3 weeks. God speed to those who've lost everything! What a mess!

We've been returning to Key West every year since 2010. As the island is so small and flat, we rent bicycles for our stay. Cheaper than scooters, easier to park, and you can explore pretty much everywhere.

Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.
