We came through here on holidays from Australia in 2019 as my wife’s friend has a shop there. It is a lovely little township and we also managed a dip in the river next to the bridge!

My granny used to live there but I don't remember the paved walkway by the cliffs (I was only a child) but I think the pebble beach went all the way up to the walls.

Born in Newbold, Chesterfield 71, left to live near Huddersfield In 95, lived on a narrowboat since 2006... Chesterfield is a gem of today to me , because when I visit every single resident speaks English , everywhere I look , English people , its just , a nice break from multiculturalism .

As normal an absolutely stunning film. Polperro is a lovely village, went there years ago but found that some of the locals are very surly with visitors. Especially in the shops and pub we visited, couldn't wait to get away in the end, just gave us a very uneasy feeling of not being welcome. It was like the old film line, nobody comes here after midnight, ha ha. We honestly did nothing wrong. Must have caught some people on a bad day, we all have them. Hope I am so wrong. Just my view. Thanks again.

Sidmouth well worth a visit, went there last year twice in fact, the area was a training ground for the D Day landings in ww2, the gardens on top of the cliffs are stunning.

Only been there once about 50 years ago with my mum as she wanted to see what the cash & carry was like. We had lunch in a very old pub just off the seafront. No I can't remember its name!!

Aah this is lovely! It has everything as a village. If you like model railways you should go to Pecorama up on the hilltop. Its the be all & end all of building scenic backdrops ! Thank you very much 😊

Well this is a little bit better than Torquay. Love those little gardens. That little bit of Breakwater beach looked great when you got there. That would be my spot all day long! Thanks.

Well im glad i watched this. I dont like doing places down, but its a nightmare there. That roadworks system is diabolical & def a no go area for disabled people. 😢😢😢😢😢 You should have just filmed the last 10 mins!!! I will most certainly NOT be visiting Torbay. I could not get around there. Thank you. Shame as I was looking forward to seeing it. Sad to say that I gave up before the end😢
@GimbalWalkTV11 сағат бұрын
It's not too bad - the roadworks can be avoided and it's nearly all flat thankfully (my bad knee can testiry it's easy to navigate!)
