Was getting to see King Tuts tomb random luck or were you able to select it? We're visiting Egypt in a month and hopefully it will be one of the ones we can see.
@CarrieCook8 күн бұрын
It's an extra ticket that you can buy outside of the 3 other tombs you can pick from what's open. There are also 2 other tombs that you can only see by buying an extra ticket (we chose not to).

We stay at your hotel, Del Sol, every winter. We will make a point of trying Taqueria Chucki next year. The crowd at Tulum was incredible! The town of Tulum is more authentic and less “influencer” ridden. Thanks for sharing this family vacation. By the way, your voice is very pleasant to listen to.

how much hours did your rent the boat for in Lake como? We want to be able to take it to Nesso as well.
@CarrieCook2 ай бұрын
We just did a 2 hour rental, but you can rent for any length of time. If you want to anchor at Nesso and swim for a while, and still see the other sights, you might want to consider a 3 hour rental.

Hi Carrie! My family I just stumbled upon your video. We're planning a 2 week Italy trip next summer. I just wanted to say that your video was one of the few I've seen that was extremely informative and well-put together. We have kids around your kids' ages so this was so helpful. I was just wondering...do you happen to have your specific itinerary somewhere with the tours/activities and hotels listed? Would you be willing to share it with me? We're in the beginning planning stages and would love all your recommendations. Thank you! 😊

@CarrieCook, I really enjoyed watching the video. We are planning on going there this December, but we're a bit stressed out about it. If you could please tell me how you found your tour guide, Mostafa and Abdul, or provide their contact info if you still have it. Also, did you booked the Nile cruise yourself or you guys hired a travel agency for your travel plans and accommodations. Thanks!
@CarrieCook2 ай бұрын
Hi there, we arranged our guides through Egypt Tours Plus. They arranged most of the trip for us - we let them know what we wanted to see and do, they suggested an itinerary, and we had a bit of back and forth before we landed on the final trip. They also booked the cruise for us. If I recall, the only parts they did not book is the hotel in Giza (as they don't deal with hotels in that area) and the one in Luxor at the end of the trip. I hope that helps!
