This was one of my favorite songs when it was new. I might have seen this on Midnight Special when it was new. That backup singer was a bit much. I even liked the Power Station cover.

A wonderfully charismatic performance. The band was more or less freestyling throughout. Beautiful chaos ensued.

The theater I went to see Longlegs at played this performance before the movie. I needed to listen / watch it again immediately after.

To Be Real, I’m Not A Huge Glam Rock Head. Love That New York Dolls Record, I’m A Fan Of Some Of Those Bowie Hits, & I’m Absolutely Biased (In Awe & Favoritism) In Lou Reed’s Career, So Transformer Is An Essential Piece Of Work. Having All Said That, I Was Never A Fan Of The Master By All That Influence, T. Rex. Which Is Insane To Me Now To Look Back On! Dude, Was Crunchy As Hell, Mystical & Hypnotic, & I Can’t Believe I Didn’t Dig Him Sooner Cause What A Showman. Just Finished The Movie Longlegs, & Having Some Of His Songs Play In The Theater Was A Bad Ass Experience! Going Down The Rabbit Hole Of Their Work As We Speak

When I first saw this I was like OMG how have I never heard of a performer with such a dynamic stage presence. He was like Freddie Mercury, but then I researched and found out he was dead by 29 in a car accident and he wasn't even driving. What a waste of this great talent. So sad!

I went snow skiing in Whitefish, MT, this past January. It was -37 when we got there. It warmed up the next few days and we got some HEAVY snow. My buddy and I went down this ungroomed trail in the woods called “Moose”, and let me tell you…it was rough. The snow was waist high and we are both near 6’ tall. We couldn’t stay upright we kept getting caught in the snow. At one point I was face down in 3’ of heavenly, white bliss after a bad spill. Even then, I was nowhere in as deep of that white powder as this entire band is during this performance. Truly awesome to watch.
