My concerns are that I’m very sad that I spent so much money on this wig. 1. I get that it is a patented product with the invisible hairline but it is not $300-600 worth of hair. 2. When the hair arrived it was not natural color, it was a light reddish brown that I had to dye to match my natural hair color. I know it’s not me because other companies that I have ordered came with the hair exactly my hair color. 3. The hair is not curly from the roots to the end. The roots ( and I have pictures) are not curly at all, wavy, 3A type of waves. Not 4A-4B at all, it is only that texture at the ends of the hair which gives the wig a flat, awkward looking style towards the end. 4. Washing the hair after the second time left me with Knots and Mats at the root of the hair! I was shocked because I know how to take care of my wigs and I had no idea why it matted the way it did. 5. The wig cap size is too large vertically on my head and when brushing the hair, it stretched the wefts out so that it now fits like a baseball cap on my head. I followed the directions, I ordered one size up in case I could size down but the cap is humungous, I would’ve went down two sizes if I could. 6. The return exchange policy is very strict for such an expensive hair company. I didn’t even open the hair or take it out of its packaging before I knew that the hair was not as advertised. It’s very hard to gauge over the internet and even after being advised, I was led in the wrong direction and should have gotten the more kinky hair unit. I don’t like closures or no leave-out with my u part wigs hence why I bought the unit. For quality, longevity, and to have a protective style where not a lot of my hair has to be out. 7. Not allowing honest reviews on KZbin and on your website so that I could make an informed decision. I’m not picky and I’m sure seeing some people with similar experiences would have helped me choose either a more kinkier unit, but a higher quality blend, gain tips on how to make the hair last. Sometimes not all “bad” reviews hurt your company. It can help people make an informed decision about what they’re getting themselves into. I could not find one un paid promotion to allow me to see a true review of your products. I’m going to have to make a post to let girls know what is actually expected of IWW. Overall I am extremely sad and disappointed, I expected so much more with customer service, quality of the hair, and construction of the unit with sizes. I invested in this hair and now I know that the money is down the drain. If I could I would have bought 5 $100 wigs to cycle out verses buying one unit that I expected to outlast all the other “cheap” ones. I also contacted the company 2 days after the warrantee expired and I received no grace at all. I got “sorry it ended 3 days ago, too bad”. I didn’t even wear the unit until my birthday on December 30th and it was delivered Dec 26th. After a month of wearing this wig I cannot say I recommend this company to someone investing $300-600 on a wig.

First time hearing about this company on fb. And then I saw your video for the first time. Beautiful u part wig. I love that its air flow cap friendly. When you said you dont have to pat your head like a whomp bop aloop pop, I was laughing like crazy! 😂😂😂 Thats good that you can scratch your scalp. I never posted a follow up review so check this out: 1. DO NOT GET THIS UNIT IN THE LOWEST QUALITY! It will tangle and matte up. I purchased a u-part wig in 10 A and it was amazing. 2. This unit is not little head friendly. Yes it has the adjustable straps in the back but it will still be very baggy in the back if you are just utilizing the clips and not sewing in. I had a small and it was still baggy. 3. You will lose hair if you use the clips daily for this unit. I recommend sewing it down. 4. All in all, this construction of the unit is AMAZING, just be mindful of the quality you select and the sizing.

I don’t like yaki hair at all. I find it ugly and I find kinky straight prettier but I want a straight hair not silky for clip ins. Perhaps there yaki is lighter

I purchased this unit a little over a month ago and not even a week of wearing this unit.. the hair started to snag at the ends and tangles at the nape constantly.. l would not recommend purchasing from this company!!!!!

Hello and thanks for your honest review. Because you were so honest and raw, I decided to get one. I did read reviews on how the wig was amazing but the hair itself was not very good. How long has your wig held up? How often do you wear it? Once again, thanks!

For the price the hair quality is definitely not worth it. I’m disappointed after paying more than $400 and waiting for weeks to get my order the only thing I like is the cap construction. The hair itself is thin and stringy. I received the hair from China and have been applying deep condition after deep condition to see if I could work it out. However, I’m mad because I shouldn’t have to do all I’m doing and the hair I received will not last more than 2-3 months.

Do you know the density? I150%? 180%? Thx

VERY NICE looks like your hair!…..I came here from FACEBOOK cuz this company was advertising undetectable tracks & stumbled on your video …I wish I would’ve saw this before I got the v-part wigs I got… because I’m natural, I got a curly one from Unice a curly one from Dola Hair and the Dola had the v-part on tracks & Unice had it like yours in the front laid on lace… but the one thing they didn’t have? Was the rest of the hair on tracks like yours, they both are on caps so it’s not breathable can’t scratch ya head 🤣🤣 and they both tangle the Dola more than Unice ….but I spent bout 200 on each & I only wear the Unice one because like I said the front isn’t sitting on tracks easy to blend more than the other … but after seeing this video I can kick myself!! I’m SOLD imma save my coins and invest in a v part wig from this company….😃

Whatever you do DONT get the honey blonde dye job. When I say it's horrible ooh wee. The texture is nice but they do not know or care to color professionally.
