Aloe Vera Retwist Update!

Sooooo..........I love the aloe vera gel for retwisting and will definitely be using it again.

I retwist with aloe vera gel and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I also have aloe vera juice, vitamin E carrot oil, and water in a spray bottle and I spray that on my scalp when it gets dry. your locs a gorg 😍😍

Hi! Your locs are gorgeous! I was wondering, how you made your locs so shiny? is that also due to the aloe vera gel, or is that your moisturizer? If it's your moisturizer what do you use? If it's the Aloe gel do you apply it all the way down your loc as you twist? thanks so much for sharing! :)

I like the crinkled look. It's pretty. Whenever I retwist my locs I will only use Aloe Vera gel. I love it. I purchase it from a natural food store. I have yet to make my own.

oil causes me serious flakes and itchiness too. I love to use aloe on itchy spots and then taking a cloth to wipe it. no more itch and no flakes. I am going to try twisting with now. thank you!!!

I got natural hair and at the moment I'm making a decision to loc my hair. I do suffer from dandruff but it's not as bad when I use to relax my hair. question do you use tea tree oil when you see certain spots with dandruff or to combat itchiness?

A Johnson hey! i felt the same way before starting my locs. my dandruff was and is still so bad. i like to use tea tree shampoo and I also add tea tree oil to what ever im using to retwist.

yes ma'am I do! I noticed that last time I did them. one time I only kept them for 2 days and the crinkles came out in 2 days no lie.

and how do you feel about dying your locks I wanna dye mine red but I know I have to start with a lighter colour first so i was thinking the ends tan and then red. finished look I want a ligh darkish brown with thr ends red

Try aloe Vera juice as a daily spray and just water and oil for retwist...
