Sorry to hear of your experience on 10/1. We were at the party on Sunday (9/29). We lucked out with no rain and short wait times so we got on lots of rides. We also came back with full bags of candy and only hit 4-5 stations. They were giving heaping amounts of candy at each stop. The candy trail lines were nonexistent later in the evening.

This is all great info to hear! I’m hoping our first MNSSHP on 29th will still be successful (I mean we will be in WDW right?!) also hoping we can get merch since it’s seems to be slowly leaving Disney store online and end of Halloween season.

Jollywood can get expensive for just 1 night if you want to eat & drink during that time. But it also isn’t really marketed as a take advantage of low wait times event. This the upscale Christmas event and MK is the potluck cookout event.

This hurricane and subsequent flooding/mud slides are horrific. Locals and state governments are doing what they can but the federal response is disgraceful. The 82nd airborne is nearby in N Carolina and yet they haven’t been deployed to help save lives when they are willing and able and literally begging their superiors to do so. Helicopter pilots are being threatened with jail time as they try to help bring in supplies or help with the rescues. Now FEMA claims they don’t have enough money to mount an adequate response. In any other time this would be wall to wall coverage with people demanding accountability. Failure in an election year must be hidden. People are missing, dying or dead and the feckless federal response is just unbelievable intentional cruelty. I have family that evacuated but their friends are still stuck with very little food and no water.

One of my favorite tips for saving money is bringing what are called tinkerbell gifts. Small items purchased before your trip for the kid(s). For our daughter's first visit we had an item for each day. After she went to sleep each night tinkerbell would leave her a new present to open each morning. This really cut down on her asking for stuff in the parks all the time. We are still using some of the items 7 years later.

My family and I were there in June this summer. Rise of the Resistance was down for most of the day so my husband decided to buy the Indvidual Lightening Lane for it and we had spend $100. It was ridiculous but we really did not want to stand in a line for 3 hours by the time it finally came up again. And yes, the stand by was actually 2.5 hours by the time it came up again. The prices are ridiculous!

We love the apple pie sundae. It's our go-to dessert when we want something sweet!

I can't imagine our world without the hilarity that is Ryno ❤

I have gone on 3 Disney cruises with my husband and 2 with my sister…❤️dcl for adults (5 more booked). We are learning the beauty of enjoying spaces opposite the crowds like skipping shows and deck parties and going to areas to enjoy quiet and a good drink😁

Disney Treasure captures my inner child with all the themes. Taking my sister, no kids, just a girls trip and her first Disney cruise. We are old ladies who are just young at heart.

Was leaving Magic Kingdom earlier and saw Chloe coming in in the tram I was going on to go back out to the car park. Hope the rain wasn't too terrible for the party

I check flights all the time from Tx to MCO. Last month I came because I got round trip tickets for $70. I was only gone for 26hrs but I was able to hit all 4 parks get my AP magnet and had a blast.

The empanadas and the popovers caught my attention and they lookeds really good. I hope you guys get to have a much better experience tonight at the halloween party and get to the enjoy the parade, show, the food and everything else..the creepy clam flatbread intrigues me so I’m curious to know what you all thinked. I live in the Asheville area, none of WNC were prepared for what the hurricane brought us, entire towns were wiped out, families are still trapped with their exit roads/bridges destroyed… we got out the day after and evacuated to SC, but we were some of the lucky ones!! Thanks for bringing a little attention to what’s going on! Also, love the distraction of what’s going on in Disney ❤️

If you are looking for some really great, comprehensive hurricane damage coverage, NPR (radio and online print news) has really been hitting it out of the park!

You guys are smashing it! Great show. I recently traveled from Long Beach airport after D23 and I agree it's so easy to travel from! I loved it. We also arrived at John Wayne airport and it was so convenient, I did anything to avoid LAX which is difficult coming from Australia. 😂
