Im curious to why she hasn't been fitted for prosthetic yet? Is her amputation recent? I was friends with a girl that was born with only one leg. She had a good sense of humor. When anyone asked her what happened to her leg she would tell them it was bitten off by a shark while she was surfing. People believed her too.

Yours is a unique story and the complications you have endured seem endless. I hope eventually "somebody" can make a prosthesis that works for you just from the standpoint of having two hands free to "live your life" and support your child. It sounds like a play by play of just your many operations would fill a couple of books...and then to end up pretty much where you began (without the use of a left leg)...must be endlessly frustrating and discouraging. I hope there is a solution for your very unique situation...somewhere. Good luck and God bless.

In this video no the knee was locked so not bending at all. But there is an option to unlock it so it could bend

Nothing seems to stop you.Looks like you're doing most things you want to do even on crutches. To the point you make it look easy and I'm sure it's not.

I definitely have some practice with the crutches which makes it look easier than I can be at time but my want to see or do different things push me to keep going. Thanks for the support
