@@ViaStephie I use a walker at home my short time is make sure your prosthetist is in your corner. Very important. This is a process and I am gonna be patient. I’m gonna work my butt off to get back on my feet. We can keep each other motivated. Take care you got this

I also lost my leg in November 2020, I just got my prosthetic leg last week. I've been through a lot and for me it's definitely not get a prosthetic and walk. How long did it take you to walk with no assistance or has that happened yet? And congratulations, you seem to be doing so good.

Hi there, how is that going? for me it was quick, around some days, of course those were rough sessions of intense training and adapting the socket. Also, it was a wanted and needed surgery so it was not a traumatic experience, nevertheless my residual limb isn't quite healthy. Of course, the first steps are difficult, more like a rushed jump than a gait. The important thing is to trust the prosthetic won't bent, wich may be the reason for the rushed jump: to try to avoid it, so the movement is fast.

Surgery was in mid November 2020. I am getting back to life I don’t let this or anything stop me really. I’ve always been very optimistic. I’m planning to upload more videos. I’ve just been busy with life but thank you for following along

Im AKA also. I just want to know if its ok to use the 3r80 for the first timer AKA person?? Because the doctor said to me. They recomended to use the basic type of prosthetic first before you use this kind of prosthetic (3r80)?? Bcoz this type of prosthetic is for high activity its not recomended for the 1st timer??? .. but i really want to have this one (3r80) prosthetic. Even if am also a first timer. .. Do you have any good advice for me?

@@spikepoint2220: I didn't get to take mine home like Stephanie yet, but I'm also a new RTKA and I don't see why it can't be your first. It'll be my first, and If you can see on my channel that I found it very easy to walk with it with my first fit. I think the reason someone may have told you that is because you have a higher risk of falling if you don't use it right, there might be some safer knees out there.
