Are you guys talking about James making a kickboxing course at the start lmao. Bruh cmon that is disingenuous, like a year ago the guy was fighting in shinnys, and no offecnce the performances were not very good. If you buy that course your iq is low. Gabriel Vargas free youtube content has 100x more value than what this guy knows. like not even hating its just true. Slyvies muay thai pateron is $6 and has the knowlege of the best golden era muay thai fighters of all time. and like 100 pro fighters have their own course type shit out there already that 100% have a much deeper knowledge and understanding of the game . But in my opinion it is disingenuous to the art of kickboxing and the people who buy it, aka your fans, to sell them very basic surface level knowledge from a guy who has not had more then 3 pro fights is scammy. Its like me selling a course how to snowboard when i'm a low-mid level snowboarder lol. Genuinely not even hating but hes not even had more than 2-3 pro fights? like your still a novice lol to sell a course is just cringe and on a deeper level goes against the essence of martial arts and the way of the warrior. its disingenuous, your still a baby in the game a student your self. If that's not what you guys were talking about ignore me!

I've been lifting regularly for 10 years and practicing various striking martial arts for 20 years. It's tough to balance both. Each provides its own unique feeling of progress, and when you do both at the same time, it can be a challenge to reconcile the two.

from one side this channel could be created for him to enjoy just making content and entertaining us, but from the other side it’s a great way to stay consistent on anything, since you have to post everyday of whatever you want to be consistent on, because if u will skip a day it will feel embarrassing

I mean this does not even have to do with conspiracy theory, it's literally just common sense. The chinese government has been open several times that they're objective is world domination.... and they control the algorithm of an app that almost the entire world uses and literally defines what's 'cool' in our societies. It would lliterally take a complete brain-dead idiot to believe that somehow the chinese is being alll good and moral and not using this asset to make their goal easier

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, what makes Hamza compelling, as a person, is the way he’s able to deliver his thoughts eloquently and honestly. It’s a skill he’s nurtured over the last 4 years and I’m always impressed how he can make his point with no cuts and clearly.

1stman had a video awhile back that resonated with me, saying that if you're not going to go pro and make money it's better to focus on aesthetics. Because too much cardio can make you look worse. 180 is a pretty good sweet spot though at 6'1 6'2 Weightlifting also is the one thing that has made me not feel like a worm lol. Fight training has never done that for me. I also had a similar childhood living in fear of my Father. And lifting gave me a lot of confidence and changed my life. But this is inspiring me a bit to go through a kickboxing phase. Also might be good to take my cousins because they're at the pivotal age of 13 where they need to develop confidence.
@UnseemlyGenie00Күн бұрын
Too much cardio definitely doesn't make you look worse. When I was marathon training plus doing bodyweight I looked almost like Brand Pitt in fight club and could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight
@GrowordecayКүн бұрын
@UnseemlyGenie00 Look at soccer players versus a model like David Gandy. I highly doubt Brad Pitt was running 5 miles a day. If you were optimizing for looks you would be better suited doing something like HIIT and ditching sports but again it's about how you feel anyway.

What's up hamza, do you think i can get an attractive physique doing calisthenics at home ? Im asking because in my country we don't have a gym here there are only Jeffrey's around so they don't think its important to build a gym ,and im not financially stable to buy dumbells and those type of equipments, so that's why im asking.
@LxcyAestheticsКүн бұрын
Of course, do push ups, grab a backpack and fill it w some books and water bottles, do bicep curls, tricep extension, lateral raises, reverse flies, one arm rows, bodyweight squats, lunges, leg raises, crunches elevate your feet and do decline push ups, and for back do pull ups or bodyweight rows, you can use your door as a place to do pull ups, some stairs or something like that, and for rows, a broom and 2 chairs should do the job, or just do it under a table. You have loads of options tbh you just gotta train, do full body 3x a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, go slow, focus on form and do low reps and sets and weight and slowly build up, you gotta learn how to do the exercises correctly in order to not get injured, hope I helped(sorry for tr4sh ahh English)

You should start thinking about some good functional Strength + Plyo workouts to add in order to benefit your fighting. it will only maximise peformance whilst having slight muscle activation so youll still maintain your physique. not hitting any S&C injury prevention work can be detrimental in the long run.

As a fighter, it's worth not worrying so much about how you look and more about your performance. You think Islam makachev cares about how big his legs are? No, he cares about about how is body feels and how strong and active he is in the cage. You'll be a lot happier with this mentality as well.

Hey Hamza, what do you think about the risk of brain damage like cte from contact sports? Because it will come mostly from sparring and training like getting sub-concussive blows that you don’t feel any effects but they add up creating bigger damage later in life?
@jackward770Күн бұрын
not really a thing in muy thai, if you watch thai fighters, it is playful, it is normally from boxing and shitty gyms.
@Petru99Күн бұрын
@@jackward770 yes but still, the human brain isn’t supposed to get hit hundreds of times or even thousands no matter the blow power, won’t that cause any damage, I’ve heard you can get CTE from jet skiing from your body constantly jumping up and down.
@jackward770Күн бұрын
@Petru99 You sound like you live in fear brother. You are fair to have some doubts, but aslong as you do not go 100 percent everytime, you'll be okay. As I said, muy thai or kickboxing is best compared to boxing. Do BJJ or wrestling if that scared, but you should be proficient in a kombat sport as a man.
