In good condition they start at £50 lowest usually, £80-100+ when you get rarer markers and the gold colours etc. - good items to have for sure.

What is the f***king point in applying fake transfers to a fake helmet? Why bother? Seriously, I think I’m making a salient point here. Either collect The Real Thing or don’t! You don’t have much in the way of a collection? What really is the point of your channel? Is it just to get people who can’t afford to collect in this admittedly very expensive hobby, and to just settle for second best? It’s not even second-best, is it? It’s like taking the Mickey Mouse watch and writing Rolex on the front of it?….WTF?

@Cinnerium is it a relic? Usually Luftwaffe relics are harder to come by. This one was also a grave marker with the hole on the top, interesting. Was found in a river

Oh wow never knew this was the same helmet used by the police/fire services. So do you know who used it first tho? Was it the fire/police or was it intended for the wehrmacht first?

@@cornpop1631 I think this one was originally fire but the comb was removed as you can see it was there at one point and two blanking pieces put on. So maybe reissued to the police afterwards as that was meant for additional protection but they started melting down the combs for metal later in the war
