Imma say it. IT'S NOT THE ROBOTS FAULT. Every car company in existence builds cars with robots, it's all about the programming. If there was one missing step in the build process, then debris stays in the engine. The issue was only with one specific v6, and Toyota has already solved this issue for all engines going forward.
