I really miss fishing Hubbards. I used to be a regular when the fishing was fantastic, Captain Ed Thompson, Captain Sam Carroll, Captain Mike, Even Captain Jeff Hubbard used to all target Gags, Red Grouper, Mangos and even AJs. We would commonly limit out on Grouper and catch lots of AJs when we hit wrecks and some 6 plus pound Mangos. Sorry small lanes and hogs fish don’t appeal to me, that’s like 1/2 day catches….guess we were spoiled, although I hear the Gags are everywhere now even though they are closed…

Been on Hubbard's overnite trips twice. You need to go on June during red snapper season. Not only red snapper but vermouth snapper, mangroves and amber jack and gag grouper. You can't keep them off the hook.

From the fishing, the community, the friendships & bonds made, the delicious food, to how much Captain Dillon Hubbard does for the charters, private anglers, the fersheries, and the community. I love Hubbards Marina! I have been on lots of 10 hour trips and had some amazing catches! I watch all the videos they post so I know what to expect and how to catch fish! Keep up the great work!

Yummy, I love eating snapper! I used to live in sw Florida and miss fishing the gulf. I'll have to plan a trip over when I'm visiting my brother in Vero beach. 👍 I'm retired and living on a private lake in Georgia, catching lots of big freshwater grouper. (Bass) lol.

Hubbards is a great place to go fishing I’ve been on 5 10 hr trips 2 12 hr snapper trips and 4 39 hr trips I highly recommend taking any of these trips the Hubbards crew are amazing there is always fish on board I recommend doing the 10 hr to get the feel of reef fishing then take a 39 hr to really get on the fish they have comfortable bunks for sleeping on the way out and back this is my all time favorite I love the Hubbards Family 🇺🇸🇺🇸🎣 one thing to remember it’s called fishing some days great fishing some not so good But it’s a good time to get out of your normal routine & enjoy Life

Hubbard's does a great job. I fish with them often on the ten hour trip. I have never been disappointed. The captain and crew go over and beyond to make every trip awesome. Sometimes it's more about the trip than the catch but I always catch plenty of fish. Keep up the great work.

Hubbard does it best! I always do the 39 and 44 hour trips and crush it. By far the best value in fishing. When my daughter can't go on the 39 hr she does the 10 hr. She got her first hog fish on her first 10 Hour. Thanks for looking after her guys. Been doing Hubbard's for 6 years now. They do it best!

The amendment #2 that was in the Florida November voting ballot I think means we can fish wherever and they cant stop us.

Lanes and grunts are some of my Favorite fish to eat thats why they call it fishing not catching not always guaranteed a boatload of fish. Somedays are better then others i have never had the customer service and interactions with the crew any better then i ever had at hubbards. It’s phenomenal company to fish with and the crew is amazing all of them. If you want alot of fish then try a long range trip. One trip we had ten foot waves at some points still came home with good amount of fish. I went on a five hour as well for my birthday and slayed the grunts which are phenomenal to eat. The company goes above and beyond to put you on the fish not every day is gonna be great though. That being said anyone who has had a trip like a first trip and not many fish i suggest another try ask for tips and they will help you all they can to get fish.

Where is Hubbards marina

So i have fished everyone of hubbards trips. Although my favorite trips are the longer range trips, the 10-hour trip brings home some absolutely delicious fish. Ive also caught all kinds of big fish on the 10-hour. From ARS to Red grouper to Gags to kingfish. Even cobia. It sounds like some of these people need to experince longer range trips.

I worked on that boat as a kid and into high school when it was originally named the Dolphin II at Dolphin Deep Sea Fishing and watched Dylan go from a deckhand to a young knowledgeable and safe captain you look good in that captain's chair Dylan keep it up!

I was on the 36 hour and caught a couple small snapper! Definitely wouldn't do it again!

Really sad catch, normal I think for this part of the Gulf, its nothing more than a boat ride to catch small fish

Great catch! Really nice quality Sow Red Snapper. Interesting that the smaller ones were being caught closer in than in further out deeper waters. You would think it would be the other way around. I'll bet Capt. Will McClure was on The Elbow where they were getting broken off by large fish and finally caught that one Carborita. It also could have been very large Gags that reside on The Elbow. When we fished The Elbow back around 1969/70 on 12-hour high speed party boat trips, we caught some humongous Carborita--- two of them were each over one hundred pounds. We were using heavy tackle rigged for large grouper so we were able to horse them up off the bottom and out of 27 and 28 fathoms. Great Memories! I have an old photo of a 92-pound Carborita that took three of us guys to hold it up for the photo with the gentleman who caught it. I wish I could be young again. -- John L.
