I don't remember exactly, but it was east of North East, PA...going by maps it looks like it may be the Remington Road grade crossing.

I remember being so annoyed when I was on a northbound FL train and we got an E-60 put on in DC. It meant we would be limited to 90mph for the rest of the way! haha. This is a great video. Thank you for sharing!

OMG is all I can say about the E-60. Most horrible locomotive to repair, and we were ALWAYS repairing them. When I worked at Wilmington Shops, people my size performed most of the repairs because everything was cramped and hard to access. A dirty nightmare to work on, we hated them, it was like being inside of a submarine.

Lived in next to last house in Seidle Park about 1/2 mile above bridge in 1949 when in first grade at St. Lawrence in Harrisburg. Rode bus to Enola for several years, where we transferred bus line. Graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School. Lots of stories growing up along river, where we usually got flooded every Spring. 90% of those abandoned buildings have been imploded and demolished same with most of Philly's hi-rise project buildings. The landscape of the City outside of downtown looks completely different than back in the 1990's.
