Why don't king connect have better customer service.

What are you guys doing m? Adding two videos a year to KZbin? I wish you guys make more information videos of products in use and how to do installation and help us making right decisions by comparison.

Doesn’t work. Website loads about 1/8th of the way and times out. Never had issues until you took away the actual web address.

Gary, that's not a power button you pushed to make it come on, it's a mounting release button for the cover. So what exactly does the green power light on the coax switch plate do?

This video sounded like he was talking from the inside of a tin can. I would expect a better production from the manufacturer. By the way, the King Connect came with my 5th wheel RV and it is impossible to set up. Figured I would call customer support, got a voicemail saying their callback time is TWO DAYS!!! What a joke 👎🏻

Those of you with the Winegard Sensar antenna looking for an upgrade.... Check out the Clearstream 2RV. It's made to go on the Winegard crank up boom. Incredible VHF and UHF reception. Comes with a PA-18 pre amp, uses the same winegard power inserter located on the wall behind the TV. Of course TV reception depends on signal strength, topography and foliage but I've seen 80 mile reception under ideal conditions. Even in the woods we get strong stations from 30-40 miles away.

HI, Can I install the falcon in the place of my factory RV TV antenna. I don't use the TV antenna and that way I could reuse the hole in the roof for the connection. As well, can I reuse the OEM Coaxial Cable from the factory antenna or would I need to fish the King Coaxial cable up to the antenna? Do you have longer than 11ft of cable? I think 20ft would allow a much less stressful install.

How about an actual install in prewired RV. Not the program set up, the coaxial cable behind the wall plate and under the rooftop antenna. I regret buy the swift and router package. Nothing in the instructions help with the cable connections in these areas. My Wildwood has a black and purple coax cable. Which is what.

How do you power the controller?

I have a King Omni antenna on the roof of my RV. I bought the King Swift router external roof antenna. Why doesn't King have a Video on how to install the Swift antenna on the roof next to the King Omni TV antenna? I heard that the prewire extra cable is inside the TV antenna. How do you get inside the TV antenna to access the coiled up wifi cable and how do you mount the swift antenna along side the TV antenna? I do not want to drill additional holes in the roof. I'm told there's a existing TV antenna mounting screws that you can utilized with the Swift antenna. There's suppose to be a tab you knock out on the base of TV antenna to gain access to the wifi coax. Where is the how to videos on this installation?

This doesn't seem to work when I connect to Proton VPN. I can't connect to the router page, not do any of the options on the router page work. There is no info provided about the VPN settings either.

I commend King for at least trying to address customers request for more information about their product, but why are they so out of touch with what their customers really want to know about their products?? The whole point and the primary feature of pre-wiring the camper is to prevent the RV owner from having to drill a hole in their roof and risk damaging the delicate weatherproofing/seal. Telling someone to just "mount the antenna on the roof" is just oblivious to the whole selling point. The one thing that would convince me to buy this and the only question that never gets answered by King is HOW do I attach the King Swift antenna on the roof. I have been told through one King customer service rep that there is "supposed" to be a plate included in the upgrade kit that allows the user to attach the Swift antenna base to the King Omni antenna base so that they never have to drill a hole in the roof. However, I have never seen a video of it, nor have I seen it included in the specifications, description, or manual, or any forum discussions. FOREST RIVER AND KING CONNECT - PLEASE JUST ANSWER THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION THAT ANYONE WHO WOULD NEED TO KNOW TO BE INTERESTED IN THIS PRODUCT - HOW IS THE EXTERNAL ANTENNA SUPPOSED TO BE MOUNTED?????

I just hooked up my King Quest to an H24 receiver. I'm getting a 775 error (trouble communicating with dish). The dish powers up and seeks but no communication occurs. Any advice?

I did all this and it works great. I wanted to change the connection that we would be using. Since I have already set up the initial set up when I try to go to the web page again it says it is already set up and won't let me get to the settings to change the location.

Sure wish you could tell quickly if the dish sees a satellite, instead of 3 scans and all them waits, just to be disappointed & frustrated. Once locked in and working its a great day.

Had it professionally installed. So far the app only gives me error message over and over. It worked once without error messages and scanned the area, then it never has again. I so wish the company had available customer service reps. They have a phone number, but no responses. Any suggestions on where to get someone to look at it or even to schedule a tech call?

Good product, easy to set up, very powerful for a $90 device.

This product really works, I was using the RV park’s WiFi and it was a nightmare just to bring up any web page. Once I set it up on my pre-wired palomino puma my speed shot up to acceptable level’s to where I can actually work from my laptop. It Definitely boosts range and performance.

This wifi set up is bull. The troubleshooting is bull. The customer service is bull. For $100?!
