thanks for the feedback. I really enjoyed this beer.

Thanks for the kind words Nate! I also agree that the different hop styles are messing with the bitterness, I found the bite to be out of style, great beer over all but not what you would expect from a blond.

Hey Nate!! Great to see you brother!! I need to get a video out soon. Might actually work on one this week. I haven't brewed much either. Been crazy here since school started. Coaching took up all my time this fall. That beer looks awesome!! The Celebration Beer is one I want to make in the future. Need to keep my homegrown hops for it next fall to give it a try. Hope all is well with the family. Say hi to Elder for me. Slainte!!

My brother from a younger mother, good to find you well. I like the design of the Hop Experiment. Coming into the holidays I'm working on about a half dozen SMASH IPA hop experiments and a Jai Alai clone (which I have measured out the grains) and waiting for the weather to clear well enough up here in in Idaho. So far, I've brewed Vista and Strata hops with RAHR 2-row. Also, I just kegged a Janet's Brown from Brewing Classic Styles (brewed on LTBD). Cheerz.

I just brewed up a BIPA and used rye as well. Used midnight wheat for the black color and went with Amarillo and Citra late hop adds. So cool, cheers

Beer looks great, hoping to maybe brew a saison at some point myself, wanting to brew more Belgian style beers this year. Cheers mate 🍺 🍻

I do the same thing with my saisons normally, but didn't with this experiment. Normally ferment around 80F and end up finishing around 85F after main fermentation. I thought Mike's beer was fine. Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves. Cheers Nate!

Great review Nate! I'm still monkeying around with carb in cans, that's still fairly new to me. I love your descriptions, very precise. I enjoyed this one a lot too and it didn't last long in the keg. Cheers Nate!
