Sláinte you two!!! Love seeing Elder and you together. Glad you liked the beer. That is my house brew. Like to have it on tap all the time. It’s a super simple recipe of a 50/50 split of pils and two row. No adjuncts but it taste like it. Saaz hops and 34/70 lager yeast. I fermented at at ale temps but then kegged it and lagered it for over a month in the keg. I try to make a double batch when I brew it so I have 2 kegs of if. Little extra lager time. If you ever want the recipe just let me know. Sláinte
