Laughed out loud at commute times via Google maps. Seriously, you'll be on the on ramp to Galveston for 45 minutes, not actually getting there. Wanna go back into town Sunday late afternoon from Galveston? Get ready to sit in your car for 2+ hours. Getting to downtown for work during rush hour from any of the mentioned locations is a 1.5hour + ordeal.

But why do the houses still look so close to one another? The main reason people want acreage is for privacy. The acreage needs to be spread left to right vs. front to back to add real value for those who want privacy.

Woodson's Reserve is an absolutely amazing master planned community and Toll Brothers is one of my most favorite builders. These two houses are absolutely incredible, specially the Stelvio 80 ft house. Toll Brothers have a 80 ft floor plan called the "Volante" which can be maximum of 6,250 SQFT which is absolutely marvelous, however I have never been able to see an actual video with "Volante" but I have customized the "Volante" floor plan and saved it as a PDF. It seems to be a very impressive house and you can have 5 car garages with "Volante", a 2 car garage and a 3 car garage, it is probably our favorite floor plan. You can actually customize it in a way that from the 3 car garage you can walk into your laundry room which has an island plus you can have an extra fridge there as well, its huge and then from the laundry room you can literally walk into your master walking closet and into your primary bath and into your master bedroom and go to the kitchen. Like literally, I'm amazed of the "Volante" house floor plan and it has a great chance to be our dirt build house for sure. I have a smile on my face describing the house. I really love this video. Woodson's Reserve is in our top 5. We have narrowed it down to the top five but who knows when we come visit what will happen, so excited. I am going on and on but that's okay. Thank you Kyler for this wonderful video. God Bless you always.

For my culinary diversity perspective, Houston far outstrips any of the other cities it has influences from every culture you could imagine in its cuisine. You can get Cuban, Caribbean, plain old American Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese all sorts of other pan-Asian cuisine as well as your Cajun and French influences from our neighboring state Louisiana. then There's just plain old good out of the gulf seafood.
