@MichaelStevens-x1s Do you mind elaborating more on why you dislike them as they were one of Queensland rails most reliable and in my opinion best looking engines, i think there are far worse looking Queensland Rail stock out there, and I do not see the resemblance. Do you mind giving more info?

@JerseyBill-x9r Yeah most modern trains in Australia do but there are exceptions for the electric multiple units, cane trains which use Link and pin and older trains such as the Kuranda Scenic Railway which use hook couplers.

I'm wondering if you ate the cupcake or not. We went from the modernity of the Spirit of Queensland to a double headed consist of 50-year-old or better passenger cars. I could see allot of open windows on the scenic tour cars, so I guess they lack AC, and it must be going on summer where you are. I see how dedicated you are when you are out in the rain chasing that train. Great video and Happy Holidays, Jersey Bill
@theaustraliantrainspotterАй бұрын
Yes i did try the cupcakes they were pretty alright. There is a big age gap between the SOQ and the KSR but i still prefer the KSR but the coaches dont have AC but i think the breeze from the ocean is better then AC.

@@theaustraliantrainspotter As a kid I had the same type of thing, and we loved the danger, but I think if our parents knew we would have had a red bottom for sure. We also put pennies, nickels, and dimes on the track to see what would happen. They finally fenced it off and had two police forces patrol it in the warmer months after some kids set the surrounding brush on fire playing with matches.
