As a retired educator, it took 6 months to get alk state and other paperwork to be approved to open a school, and 6 more to find a facilities, and supplies ready, so year after it started the school opened. 1 year, not 15 or whatever its taking him. Why is he not investing the 250k he has since he has all this time, even if its a small gain, example, I put 20-30k in a yearly CD and it made 1-3 k a year on that, so 250k would make 10-30k a year just doing that at a bank, and he mentioned nothing about doing this which would be either like more donations or a start on a permanent endowment for the school with the profit on this cash each year he is waiting. To many holes in his stories, I would want to see if the donations are still there or not. Also, why would anyone send their kids there when I just saw Umar on a podcast where he called people so many racist names,, bad mouth almost eceryone, and literally told the world how Diddy or other people can hide their bad behavior by getting a family to hide behind, it was disgusting, and how he would of took all the baby oil bottles and sold them for profit as a Diddy oil bottle as if its a good thing. He uses God to justify his terrible views, and I am not sure what beliefs he has but talks like a black Hebrew Israelite who want to pit whites in chains and will be in dog collars in heaven, and I know that's not Jesus Christ who saves all. He always yells, leads to attacking people, says gross bigoted views, and spreads what I see as hate, I am always puzzled by others agreeing with him sometimes too. Crazy world!

How often do we pause to lend a hand in building something that could benefit generations to come? Instead of seeking to tear down, we should focus on building up. How many of us have reached out to this brother to invest in or assist with building these schools? We are called to be builders, not destroyers. Imagine if we all contacted him, offering our time, talents, and resources-this vision could surely come to pass. Instead of criticizing, let us help uplift him. Don't seek to bring him down; help to crown him with success. Together, we can leave a lasting legacy for future generations. Let’s commit to being the change that makes this dream a reality.

Umar’s failure of a school? 1. A school that can only fit up to 100 kids? 2. A school that is never going to open up? 3. A school that won’t give accreditations? 4. A school that is full of black mold? 5. A school that won’t have funding? 6. A school that won’t pay the staffs? 7. A school that won’t ever pass inspection? 8. A school that if the HAVC breaks down won’t be funded properly? 9. A school that is not ready financially? 10. A school that is run by a black supremacist/racist? 11. A school that teaches hate? 12. A school that lacks healthy sewers? 13. A school that stinks? 14. A school where kids are dragged across state line which is illegal and also during rush hour it’ll be a 3 hour drive, summer heat will cause massive dehydration, and winter will cause the kids to get sick, let’s not forget if the bus breaks down in the middle of the highway it will be even more dangerous for these kids who are ages 3 and up? 15. A school that is a dump/garbage site? 16. A school that won’t last long? 17. A school that is built by a dreamer not a doer? 18. A school that has white funding and help? 19. A school funded by poor black people’s money? 20. A school that wants to have a gun class (training the worlds next killers, this reminds me of African kids soldiers)? 21. A school that wants to have a pilot class (something only adults can have)? 22. A school that isn’t a school? 23. A school built on a fantasy? 24. A school that will be run by a principle who wants to cuddle with your kids by the fire place before they go home? 25. A school that isn’t renovated at all? 26. A school in a danger zone 27. A school built on lies? 28. A school with several false starts and missed deadlines? 29. A school where the parents will not be able to help fund? 30. A school where the parents that have a hard time investing money into their children’s education are not welcome at the school? 31. A school where after several false starts and missed deadlines the excitement for the project has began to wane and the community is now looking for answers? 32. A school where Busing Will unrealistically Serve Black Children in 8 Cities be it Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chester, Pennsylvania, Baltimore, Maryland, Eastern Shore, Maryland, Trenton, New Jersey, Camden, New Jersey, Dover, Delaware, and Wilmington, Delaware? 33. A school purchased on the campus of the then defunct Maurice J. Moyer Academy in Wilmington, DE.? 34. A school that critiques call a grift and the donations are used to fund Dr. Umar Johnson’s life? 35. A school where criticism of the Project Members of the lack community have taken issue with the project due its lack of transparency, constantly shifting launch dates, and the lack of academic professionals involved in the development? 36. A school where individuals with academic expertise have casted doubt on the project due to its lack of an oversight committee e.g. Board of Directors/Governors? 37. A school with no curriculum pertaining to History, Math, Science, Technology, or any other subjects of great import? 38. A school without proper management and maintenance? 39. A school with no food program? 41. A school with no teachers? 42. A school advertised by a scammer?

HOW UMAR JOHNSON (REAL NAME JERMAINE SHOEMAKER) ACTS Signs and symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder Grandiose sense of self-importance Grandiosity is the defining characteristic of narcissism. More than just arrogance or vanity, grandiosity is an unrealistic sense of superiority (Umar is always saying that the gods and the ancestors sent him as if he’s special beyond everyone else). Narcissists believe they are unique or “special” and can only be understood by other special people. What’s more, they are too good for anything average or ordinary. They only want to associate and be associated with other high-status people, places, and things. Narcissists also believe that they’re better than everyone else and expect recognition as such-even when they’ve done nothing to earn it. They will often exaggerate or outright lie about their achievements and talents (Umar lied about his 6 degrees which are only certificates anyways). And when they talk about work or relationships, all you’ll hear is how much they contribute, how great they are, and how lucky the people in their lives are to have them. They are the undisputed star and everyone else is at best a bit player. Lives in a fantasy world that supports their delusions of grandeur Since reality doesn’t support their grandiose view of themselves, narcissists live in a fantasy world propped up by distortion, self-deception, and magical thinking. They spin self-glorifying fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, attractiveness, and ideal love that make them feel special and in control. These fantasies protect them from feelings of inner emptiness and shame, so facts and opinions that contradict them are ignored or rationalized away. Anything that threatens to burst the fantasy bubble is met with extreme defensiveness and even rage, so those around the narcissist learn to tread carefully around their denial of reality. Needs constant praise and admiration A narcissist’s sense of superiority is like a balloon that gradually loses air without a steady stream of applause and recognition to keep it inflated. The occasional compliment is not enough. Narcissists need constant food for their ego, so they surround themselves with people who are willing to cater to their obsessive craving for affirmation. (Umar’s online fans and those who bring him to their podcast are a prime example of this) These relationships are very one-sided. It’s all about what the admirer can do for the narcissist, never the other way around. (Umar : “Send that PayPal, cash app, or money through the mail”) And if there is ever an interruption or diminishment in the admirer’s attention and praise, the narcissist treats it as a betrayal. (Lord Jamar was trying to give him help and he turned it down. He (Jamar) also asked Umar simple legitimate questions only for Umar to lie and say that he has rich people who are funding his “school” I mean garbage dump only for Umar to talk crap about a man (Jamar) who tries his best to help him and had legitimate questions) Sense of entitlement Because they consider themselves special, narcissists expect favorable treatment as their due. (Umar is constantly asking for free room , sec and food from his ignorant unsuspecting loyal fans) They truly believe that whatever they want, they should get. They also expect the people around them to automatically comply with their every wish and whim. (Umar doesn’t like when he’s asked about a school that we all w will never open) That is their only value. If you don’t anticipate and meet their every need, then you’re useless. And if you have the nerve to defy their will or “selfishly” ask for something in return, prepare yourself for aggression, outrage, or the cold shoulder. Exploits others without guilt or shame Narcissists never develop the ability to identify with the feelings of others-to put themselves in other people’s shoes. In other words, they lack empathy. In many ways, they view the people in their lives as objects-there to serve their needs. As a consequence, they don’t think twice about taking advantage of others to achieve their own ends. Sometimes this interpersonal exploitation is malicious, but often it is simply oblivious. Narcissists simply don’t think about how their behavior affects others. And if you point it out, they still won’t truly get it. The only thing they understand is their own needs. Frequently demeans, intimidates, bullies, or belittles others Narcissists feel threatened whenever they encounter someone who appears to have something they lack-especially those who are confident and popular. They’re also threatened by people who don’t bow down to them or who challenge them in any way. Their defense mechanism is contempt. The only way to neutralize the threat and prop up their own sagging ego is to put those people down. They may do it in a patronizing or dismissive way as if to demonstrate how little the other person means to them. Or they may go on the attack with insults, name-calling, bullying, and threats to force the other person back into line. ermaine Shoemaker) acts. OWNING A BUILDING THAT WAS ONCE A SCHOOL IS NOT CONSIDERED AN INSTITUTION IT’S CONSIDERED AN EMPTY REAL ESTATE. IF THE SCHOOL IS FUNCTIONING AS A SCHOOL THEN IT IS AN INSTITUTION BUT OWNING ANY EMPTY BUILDING IS NOT CONSIDERED AN INSTITUTION. AN INSTITUTION IS A FUNCTIONING SYSTEM NOT AN EMPTY BUILDING OF WHICH UMAR OWNS. AN EMPTY BUILDING THAT HE’S DISINGENUOUSLY CALLING AN INSTITUTION

He didn’t do his research pertaining to what it takes to run a school of any kind. The moral of the story is don’t trust a (KING) CON the likes of him with your money, community, time, soul, lover, children, families, and effort. Also if anyone has an issue with these fact provide facts that proves otherwise. I have Umar’s actions and words proving what I wrote to be true. All it takes is to do your research on this fake leader to see that I’m right and that these are the facts and evidence that speaks for themselves. This is not attacking him as a person but his actions and lack thereof also as well as how he acts towards people.

All I have to say to an Umar supporter is putting a private school that will rely on tuition in such an impoverished area should say everything. The people in that area can’t afford elementary school tuition and the people that can afford it aren’t sending their kids to a school in that area. So….how??

I been telling people that he's not gonna open that school. People don't think about the reality of the situation. Teachers, principles, janitors, bus drivers, gardeners, maintenance men don't work for free. What about desks for teachers and students, computers, printers, paper, teleprompters, books, breakfasts, lunches, ECT... . They get caught up in romanticism of Dr. Umar

Dr. Umar is a grifter who uses black power rhetoric to swindle his own people out of money. He hasn't held a job in 10 years. He lives and travels on the donations that his followers send thinking that they supporting a building project. There was never going to be a school. It was a scam from the beginning. Anyone who is TRULY interested should look at Lenon Honor's film, the Shockumentary which is on his channel.

I wish I could believe that he wanted to build a school, but how many years has it been? How many decades? He’s making a livelihood off of his donations
