I used to listen to this while smoking blue crystal fire. Was like a sick joke. But the joke was on me

I hope you are either alive and doing well or peacefully resting, you elusive uploader of wonderful music. I perhaps wouldn't have discovered Robbie Basho and consequently Fahey and many of the other greats in this scene if your uploads had not foind their way into my algorithm. Thank you. It has helped me greatly to grow musically and as a person.

Heard this song for the first time in rehab coming off a serious alcohol and benzo bender 5 years ago. A counselor played this for us in group therapy. I’m not sure why but it was one of the most powerful songs I’ve ever heard and I felt it to my core.

I understand that his vocals were an influence on Antony Hegarty of Antony & The Johnsons, but I don't know whether this is an urban myth ?

Horrible losing John,Joe Bussard,ED Denson,Manny Greenhill! My frat bro, fellow Eagle Scout Bash,Theron Bradley,Capt. George Gomm, nothing to hold this country together. Graveyard owners behind this social attack. You' re certainly brighter than Dumb Dylan and know that I am a competent neurobiologist, molecular geneticist and created 3 recent photographic essays designed to make the body publisher. Should have Kris Kristofferson's kid kick the crap out of Dylan and Trump if they dont get these masterpieces Published Soon. Who will pick up the Pieces then?

I discovered him on KZbin last summer. Original talent of incredible skill and depth. No one like him, but also glad to have discovered Nick Drake, the Van Gogh of modern music, and Sixto Rodriguez, from Detroit of all places, and Karen Dalton, who was only recently discovered though she made a few albums in the seventies. One of her great songs, something on your mind, was written by her acquaintance, Dino Valenti , once the singer of the incomparable San Francisco band, Quick Silver. I should not forget to mention Jackson Frank, who made one album in mid sixties...a masterpiece. Strange to think that all these people could have met, as all had a connection to New York City.

This is clearly mostly improvised, you can tell he's hitting notes not in tune with the guitar or vice versa and he makes it work. Those dissonant moments are the most haunting. 2:51 to 3:05
