I'd suggest to try Manamune - Malignance - Liandry and end IT with Shadowflame and IE - Shadowflame gives you crit on spells and IE boost that crit by 40% which would result in Mega Nuke!

Smolder doesn't actually have slow immunity or resistance. They just have a movement speed boost and ignore terrain or unit collision. When a Zilean slow hits them they basically stop moving. It's really funny to watch.

I didn't do the best job showcasing it, but this build IS the one capable of 12 cs/per min, among few of the many builds that Garen has. Teleport ensures you catch every wave, and the rotation speed from Synchronized Souls means that you can catch two waves simultaneously from two different waves. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

As a retired lane XZ Main, always max W (it also scales with AP, and mana cost is reduced). Then either max Q or E, they don't have much scaling :) Addition : Revitalize is too good on XZ, Xin doesn't deal much magic damage so go for lots of AP if possible, it can be interesting to fit one Armor Pen item too
