My chronic ebv got worse when treated with naturopathic drops. At 15 minutes the lytic phase. The regulation of 122 genes explains my experience.

Evidently have had EBV since forever. Currently have EBV Early at 20 and capsid >750. Never knew I had it. Same with Lyme. Carry lyme and Lyme related pathogens, many of which I was able to get rid of with Artimesinin. Now diagnosed with MCAS. What do you see the relationship between MCAS and those of us who carry these pathogens at high levels without any obvious virus like symptoms?

This jerk asked her about the calcium Sally recommends then before she could answer he asked her 3 more question getting her off the topic. I'd love to know what calcium she takes. This man adds nothing to this interview.

I have spent thousands with functional drs. I wish my lyme literate specialist would have focused more on environmental toxicity than GI Map. I would not have liver disease, kidney issues & possibly thyroid & breast cancer. It was all so evident once another dr recommended the Vibrant test

Amazing, just the expression on her face when I gushed a crazy endless river was so exhilarating, I used what I mentioned last month and after the first 3 weeks or so my volume visibly doubled, I went ahead and go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and the intensity has been insane!

a friend told me about this, i have been getting what might be gout attacks maybe 2 or 3 a year, usually knees but sometimes ankle or big toe. sometimes its insanely bad, as if someome had stabbed a hot knife into the joint, can't walk etc, then a week later i can be like brand new, go jogging, everything. i am otherwise really healthy, no meds, didn't get any strange jabs lately etc. Will give the oxilates thing a try.

Amazing interview and great deep knowledge. I am 50 years old. Half of my life i have been suffering from sudden colds, sore throat, muscles and bones pain. And tiredness. For the last 10 years that become unbearable. Extreme lack of energy, PAIN of all my body. Have visited hundreds of doctors. I lived 8 years in Germany, i had hundreds of blood tests.... none for EBV!!!! In the end the family doctor was screaming at me that it was just my imagination and arranged me 2 weeks of psychiatric hospital.... I never went there and quit the doctor.. Now living in Spain, and the doctor here checked my blood for the EBV and hete it is! At least found the source of my letargy and pains. Pity the doctors in Europe have no idea abot EBV and its infuence on human's life. Unfortunately my Spanish doc totally ignored the results claiming that it is a frequent virus and that i just need to relax more and take painkillers. Yep. But the problem is i am now constantly painful, extremely tired all the time.... seems like a great source of information the American professors and doctors. I do not understand all the medical things, but this podcast explains things easier to understand. Thank you. I just would like to ask you for detailed info on the detoxication methods. Would be much greatful. [email protected]

This is comical. The longest lived people on earth in the blue zones all eat fruit veg and legumes. They aren't chomping on steak and butter all day. Must vegans don't know how to eat at all. The word is BALANCE.

If you dont have a ton of money. Just accept a horrible life going to doctor after doctor, multiple surgeries, told your crazy, totally looked at by ppl that your crazy. Dont waste your time. The only ones who profit are the doctors. 20 years of homelessness, ostersized by family and friends. Left out to die. Dont know which is the worst the disease or the doctors. The doctors who DO know how sick you are STILL WANT THOUSANDS OF $ TO EVEN TREAT OR HELP. MOST ARE CAPITALIZING FROM THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE.

Just a few comments. Iodine can be easily overdone. Too much is worse than not enough. Many thyroid issues are related to the halogens in tap water. Drink spring water. Some cancers are hereditary. If you have ovarian cancer or endometrial cancer (from Lynch Syndrome) these will not show up on a Pap smear. You will need to have a biopsy or internal flush. Anyone who has a red meat allergy needs to be very careful with thyroid meds. These mimic substances from pork. Vegetarians have more carbon dioxide in their brains. People should eat from their racial identity. Swedish, etc. should have an ocean based diet. Alpine races should eat a good blend of meat and seafood. Mediterranean should eat that food style. Far too many experts want to have a one size fits all approach to health. When you shop, your body will notice certain foods more than others. Babies have this ability and we never lose it. Listen to what your GOD given body is telling you.

Dr. Greenberg, thank you for your caring and holistic approach to treating skin conditions and for your wealth of knowledge. I've learned a lot about my gut and skin from doing this test. I hope dermatology moves in the direction of looking into gut health rather than overprescribing steroids.

Sally did not need to be interrupted so much; the best interviewers do not keep inserting themelves and allow the person to follow through their train of thought, there were many moments when he derailed an important topic

Hi Sally ! I’ve made a skin lubricant…..really easy….just beef tallow and an organic aromatic oils blend. Melt 1 tablespoons tallow in small metal dish, add a few drops of aromatic oil- I use a blend, cinnamon, etc. , mix and apply. You might use yer old channel #5, but haven’t tried that! I’m using the hand lotion on my hair for when I’m in the pool! I like lots of Marseille’s remedy oil in the tallow, cause it really tingeles but smarts the eyes….🙏

Heirloom seeds can be saved and you get the same plant features when grown again, extremely reliable results every time. Flavor & nutrition superiority but not always the disease/pest resistance & shelf life as non-Heirloom, which is why they are less used in commercial agriculture. Can't tolerate the chemicals as much either, more variety in crop product size as well. Commercial growers prefer standard dependable tomato shape & sizes & timing of development/ripening & compatibility with machine harvesting is another reason Heirloom plants don't usually work for commercial farming, long-distance shipping, & grocery store sales.

Everything said here makes sense *except* the fact that the longest lived people eat the most oxalates from plant-heavy diets. Blue zone centenarians in Okinawa didn't go without sweet potatoes and Loma Linda centenarians aren't going without spinach and almonds. This seems like great advise for a recovery diet but not the ideal maintenance diet.
