Interesting. I'd be interested in getting information sent to me on the applications on treating anxiety. I have PTSD and I use cannabis to help calm my nerves. I would love some solid medical evidence to show people it helps and there is medical proof of the benefits.

Hold on: Just giving the oxalate value is deceptive. What is the bioavailabilty of the oxalate content? For example, the bioavailability of oxlates in tea is low--and yet you broadcast it as a dangerous source of oxlates in your title. You are discouraging the consumption of nutritious food. Cite research for your dramatic click-bait claims, please.

Spinach was always a favorite food of mine, even as a kid my mother made me big pots of beet greens combined with beet roots. It made me feel special because no ine else liked them. I also overdid potatoes, I would not eat dairy. My parents finally quit worrying because they decided I got my calcium the way the cow got it". I loved chocolate, nuts, whole wheat bread. I did not drink tea so much as I guzzled it, pot after pot all winter & pitcher after pitcher iced in the summer. I had a huge kidney stone in 1991, lithotripsy & 2 cystoscopy procedures. All my urologist told me was to avoid tea, chocolate & nuts. I asked for a more complete list, but that is all he knew. I discovered B6 & Mg would prevent the stones so I took them & went back to tea chocolate & nuts. Fast forward to 2012. I went keto. No longer had high insulin, so I quit B6 & Mg. Keto helped many things. But not everything. 2022, started carbs again. But some problems came back. Plus fibrous stuff caused GI problems. I finally landed on Sally's videos. Im only a few weeks into it, but I had 1 major detox. My upper chest, back & arms shed skin like crazy. It itched & I had to scrub that skin off with a brush. It was a place where my body (unnaturally imo) stored fat. I can only pray that this is the plan that gets me mostly healed. (I had thru the skin detoxing after all the kidney stone procedures too, only it was itchy white scabs). Keto reversed T2 diabetes & really helped my eyesight. I had no GI problems etc. but I had poor thyroid function & fibroids eventually requiring hysterectomy. So keto only got me so far. Lord help us & thank you for the info Ms. Norton.

I read Toxin Solution. Am currently mid kidney cleanse (finishing week 7). It has positively changed the duration and nature of my sleep. Peripheral numbness, achy joints, low energy, caffeine dependency - gone. Reduced my thyroid med. Yes, it’s an extensive program that requires bandwidth and dedication. I live rurally where medical providers are overburdened and prone to symptom slapping. By taking responsibility for my health, I have relegated my provider to the role of measurer / tester. I get my post-detox labs Friday. 🤞🏻🎉

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this video. It is a confirmation to what I have been thinking for me and I can deduce that very many people are also suffering without real answers. It is very sad that there’s no doctors like her helping people. It is also sad that she doesn’t help people from most states even if they can travel to see her. I wish that she would see that people would do anything to get an appointment with her. 😢😢😢

We should just eat air and water. But wait, what about pollution? This is so idiotic. Ok, I can understand pigging out on green smoothies, or chocolate, but going from vegetarian and vegan to carny? Pathetic. Maybe the message should be moderation instead of clickbait. Do you have any idea how much damage you are causing by promoting anxiety? Shame on you.

Great interview everything you said was so right on conventional medicine doctors they dismiss look the other way they don’t want to hear it. I’ve been to the emergency room four times in a month and a half. I breathed in spores from an air conditioner unbeknownst to me for 6 1/2 weeks I got rid of it immediately, but I noticed in the apartment I was starting to get that lightheaded, but complete disequilibrium . It’s impossible. You can’t get a neurologist for like three months and then when you do, you encounter some of these doctors who poo poo the toxicity and they are dangerous practitioners ignoring a serious health problem. “We don’t take a test for mold” they say These are leading hospitals. They have nothing no departments no clinics and New York City has more mold, concentrated in a small area with all these buildings and the dampness surrounded by two rivers no they’re busy protecting the landlords because the landlord pays the property tax to the city that runs the city and they don’t want which they deserve because they don’t want to spend the money to clean up their problems. They would rather have sick tenants who could die. This is greed and disgusting landlords, and property owners and to find a functional medicine doctor or an integrative. I’ve called these people a fortune to treat you and as you said Dr. Nathan, if you don’t mediate the Mold find it remediate there’s no point in doing a detox cause you just gonna return back to where it’s happening This is so detrimental to the mind of the is the answer and then you have a landlord who hires their own inspector who gives some bogus report inspector and came up with two very concerning Cladosporium and Chaetomium I told the landward she wasn’t interested. She said talk to the managing company so now she’s going to bring her own inspector who will no doubt he’ll protect her and won’t find anything. This is killing people. This is an immoral. This is wrong and thank you Dr. Nathan for bringing it out, but I think you should go on, major news station and get an interview. I am very dizzy. I have 24 seven disequilibrium and I had to quit my job. I had a great job. I don’t see future in the apartment has to be remediated and I can’t afford to move. What then????

Evidently have had EBV since forever. Currently have EBV Early at 20 and capsid >750. Never knew I had it. Same with Lyme. Carry lyme and Lyme related pathogens, many of which I was able to get rid of with Artimesinin. Now diagnosed with MCAS. What do you see the relationship between MCAS and those of us who carry these pathogens at high levels without any obvious virus like symptoms?

a friend told me about this, i have been getting what might be gout attacks maybe 2 or 3 a year, usually knees but sometimes ankle or big toe. sometimes its insanely bad, as if someome had stabbed a hot knife into the joint, can't walk etc, then a week later i can be like brand new, go jogging, everything. i am otherwise really healthy, no meds, didn't get any strange jabs lately etc. Will give the oxilates thing a try.

Amazing interview and great deep knowledge. I am 50 years old. Half of my life i have been suffering from sudden colds, sore throat, muscles and bones pain. And tiredness. For the last 10 years that become unbearable. Extreme lack of energy, PAIN of all my body. Have visited hundreds of doctors. I lived 8 years in Germany, i had hundreds of blood tests.... none for EBV!!!! In the end the family doctor was screaming at me that it was just my imagination and arranged me 2 weeks of psychiatric hospital.... I never went there and quit the doctor.. Now living in Spain, and the doctor here checked my blood for the EBV and hete it is! At least found the source of my letargy and pains. Pity the doctors in Europe have no idea abot EBV and its infuence on human's life. Unfortunately my Spanish doc totally ignored the results claiming that it is a frequent virus and that i just need to relax more and take painkillers. Yep. But the problem is i am now constantly painful, extremely tired all the time.... seems like a great source of information the American professors and doctors. I do not understand all the medical things, but this podcast explains things easier to understand. Thank you. I just would like to ask you for detailed info on the detoxication methods. Would be much greatful. [email protected]

If you dont have a ton of money. Just accept a horrible life going to doctor after doctor, multiple surgeries, told your crazy, totally looked at by ppl that your crazy. Dont waste your time. The only ones who profit are the doctors. 20 years of homelessness, ostersized by family and friends. Left out to die. Dont know which is the worst the disease or the doctors. The doctors who DO know how sick you are STILL WANT THOUSANDS OF $ TO EVEN TREAT OR HELP. MOST ARE CAPITALIZING FROM THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE.
