So one question taking off the connection for the coolant tank is dangerous right? Can that not cause air bubbles in the system?
@importroller
@importroller Ай бұрын
@johnathanalfaro873 that's a high point in the system, and it's for over flow. Air is always in that area.

I have a 2007 Altima with the 2.5 I4. It is nowhere close to being that quick, and certainly doesn't sound like that. I wish my first gear ratio was closer to what you have. Mine is way too low. With better tires, warmer tarmac, and perfect shifts, I could probably manage 7 seconds flat. Decent, but it sure isn't the V6...

Nah this ain't it. There is a reason ADDW1 and HKS bov's cost more. You get what you pay for. These are some knockoff joints that I would NEVER purchase and do not recommend anyone purchasing. I hope you took these off and went with better ones. It also doesn't pick up sound because it's not loud. You should hear my HKS's on my redsport. Now granted my car has more power and boost from stock and that plays a part but still.... HKS is the way to go.

You got 4 you should reposition them. Or if you can spot it get rid of the long bottle resonators and get 4 race resonators 3". On that x pipe put them at all 4 cones. Then straight pipe to the back. You'll lose the rasp and it will be deep and tight. Nice smooth pulsation. I drive an fx45 with a custom x pipe setup and muffs nobody has heard that are bad ass and home made in the USA lol. The setup I'm telling you is similar to the borla xs setup I see on a few q50 3.7. but better!!! My wife has a 2015 Q50 base and ima bout to go midieval on her $#! +. I know sounding tuning pretty well... I'm an audio engineer and play a trombone go figure🤓😉.

I’d say if you got a sweet deal on a mint 2.5 coupe just do 3 mods to make the drive more fun. 1. Cold air intake built for this car ie Takeda afe 2. Cat back or axel back exhaust ie stillen, Borla 3. ECU tune ie Uprev software. You can probably gain 30 horsepower with these 3 mods. Very respectable mods

As long as it's maintained, you should be good. But check the brake fluid level, and make sure tune clutch engages smoothly. Depending on what's wrong with the AC, it may be an easy fix. But removing the ac compressor is a real pita.

i know your unlikely to see this comment but im going to make it anyway. i love the 4th generation altima because my grandmother passed one down on to me before she died, so i want to try and keep it running as long as i can. i hope you do the same for yours, please never get rid of it. the videos you made of your altima back in 07 are still very much eye candy to me, and inspires me to keep mine running, and it also show just how awsome the car was back then. im only making a suggestion but if you can please do another 0-60 video, i would like to see it.

@@importroller well your more active than i thought. though you do plan on selling it i still respect the fact you kept it up and running for as long as you have, at least your not like my brother. he went through 4 cars in the past 2 or 3 years wrecking one of them, and from the looks of it he plans on going through more, i just dont understand it. why not just stick with one and maintain it? see, thats what i like about some of us car enthusiast we give ourselves the chance to give our cars a little love, and by maintaining for so long it gives us that true connection between man and machine. now im just curious, how many miles does it have and how much do you want for it? Nice video! I'm about to do mine too. Question though, I have been told getting the belt off and on is quite a chore because you have to somehow get the belt off and on the tensioner pully (pully "3" in the diagram). Barely any room to do this with your hands as the belt needs to slide up and behind the tensioner pully and slip it into place and from what I can tell is, that is the very first one you should get situated or you will not have enough slack to accomplish this. Any thoughts on that? Was that an issue for you as well? Tricks to get it on? Did you need to work any from below to get the belt on? Thanks
