Yes, but they said the council wants to move it somewhere to the centre of Walsall. Which is pitty in my opinion. It has a great location, a car park next to it and it would lose the magic that building has.

Went there many decades ago and climbed the steps when i was a lot younger than today but the experience did little for me health, i was knackered soon after starting and took many a stop to get my breath before finally emerging at the top!!, YAYYY!!, LOL!.

While it's good to see a Wellington, Defiant, Blenheim and the Me 262 back at Cosford, the museum looks like a shadow of it's former self. The flight test hangar in particular used to have a unique collection of research aircraft from the heyday of the British Aviation industry, a shame to see the collection broken up for no obvious reason.

It was our first time there. I am not an expert, but it was still very impressive. Maybe they transfer it to the London RAF Museum??

Yes, attractions in the UK are expensive. Especially for families. Unfortunately.
