you don't have to wait and see signs of army worm infestation before you start spraying the farm as you said. The farm has to be sprayed 2 weeks after planting to prevent the worms
@TheFarmInnovator5 күн бұрын
No, not all farms get infested by the worms. Giving general advice to farmers to automatically start spraying pesticides after two weeks will cause financial losses to those farmers whose farms would not have been plagued. The best way around it is early detection. Waiting to see a few plants infected will not do any harm if prompt action is taken.

Abontem is not hybrid seed. It is the best local seeds around based on personal experience, but it is OPV, though drought resistant and performs like hybrid, but it is not hybrid

I'm a student, and i want to invest 500k in maize farming. I'm planing on starting with a plot of land for a test and maximize it subsequently. Myself and my friend have some farming background but I'll love to get more knowledge from you. This video was very helpful.

Please there are tiny white living creatures that fly on my pepper plant producing white stains like powder on the leaves. What is the cause and what is the solution. Please i need your help. Thanks
@TheFarmInnovatorАй бұрын
The tiny white flying creatures on your pepper plant are likely whiteflies, common pests that feed on the sap of plants. The white powdery stains on the leaves are caused by the waxy substance they secrete or possibly sooty mold developing on their sugary excretions (honeydew). Spray neem oil or insecticidal soap on the affected plants, targeting the undersides of leaves where whiteflies congregate. Repeat weekly for effective control. I hope it helps. That is why it GMO . You will always depend on Bill gate seed , and that seed also destroyed your soil because other seeds can never grow there. But thanks for the detailed explanation

GMO is cancerous, hence it's not allowed in US and Europe. Why are Nigerians practically killing themselves?

Straight to the point. But I lay my cuttings at a slight angle with the nodes mature ends higher and all covered slightly with soil. I always get abundant yields. That's my technique after many trials. Tnx for your video. 👏❤️😀
