Thank you! The button reset would not work, so I had to use the manual method. I am using a OEM Brother cartridge I purchased from BestBuy. I used it sparingly over the past 4 months and it was saying I was out of toner and eventually got to the point where it would not print anymore copies. Print quality was still perfect, so I knew it was a counter my printer was using to force me to purchase more ink. I took my toner cartridge apart following the steps in your video and reseting the spring. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. After putting it all back together and placing the cartridge back inside of my printer, I was printing again. The yellow icon next to the printer icon on my computer was gone after I printed a page. I hope this allows me to print for quite a while. Thanks again.

The video is reversed (note the printer name is backwards) until 7:55, then the camera setting changed and it is no longer reversed.

Simple, efficace, sous-titré en Français même si ça n'est pas utile car très clair visuellement. Ma Brother HL-L5200W imprime à nouveau car elle indiquait toner vide et ne voulait plus imprimer alors que les dernières pages imprimées ne présentaient absolument aucun signe de faiblesse ou de toner vide.
