If you want a more slippery sorbet, you could just add 400 grams of ice, instead of 1000. (But the recipe is great!)

Hi, I thought the measuring cup shouldn't be used on the lid while cooking at high temp? On the guide it says to use the simmering basket instead?
@melanisfunwiththermi5769Ай бұрын
Yes, the simmering basket must be used when temperatures above 95deg are reached.

It would be nice if someone could give the Grams yield of the stock paste and the grams of sodium added. Or if someone has already figured out how much sodium per teaspoon/tablespoon.

That is a great question!🥰 I don’t have biltong to give it a try. I guess it would work really well. It slice’s carrots very easily, so think biltong would work well too. (I will need to get my hands on some biltong to try😉)

Have you used a Thermomix® before? Very easy to use and you don’t have to stand and stir. I don’t like cooking and prefer letting the Thermomix® do the work for me so I don’t have to stand and stir in the pan.
