Wow! You rock! Been seeing these all over Amazon & love them, but they’re so outrageously expensive. Thanks for videoing this so clearly & posting the materials list too. I want to try it. How long did it take you to put it together once you got your supplies together?

Oh wow thank you for the positive feedback, I really appreciate it!! And I had to spread the work over a few days, so it took me about 12 hours total. Definitely not a short project, but I still think it was worth it! It’s held up really well😊

Beautiful work! For future reference, if you start your stapling from the middle of your edge and work your way out to the ends, you can get the fabric tighter to the headboard without possible ripples in the fabric!

Also, a bread knife for cutting foam, needs the serrations for a clean cut.

Haha my stapler isn’t the best and if I don’t put extra pressure then the staples don’t lay flat! That’s why I’m leaning on it throughout😂

It took me quite awhile because I had to spread it over several days, so it took me probably 12 hours total. You could save time by not doing the plain white fabric between the batting and corduroy. That step isn’t really necessary, I just did it in case I want to easily change the top fabric later on. Thank you for watching!!❤
