The first soldier return his ramrod to his musket or rifle after the second soldier gets his rifle back. The second soldier waits for the third soldier gets his rifle back, and the second soldier return ramrod back into the rifle and so on and so on. During inspection Arms you have your bayonets fixed before the inspection arms began. First Sergeant need to fix the way he does it, he not teach them correctly. He needs watch Lion Heart Films Work Civil War Musket Drill " Inspection Arms and Stack.

Long walk for sure! It’s a big field, bigger than the Wheatfield and no one hardly ever walks down there. They cleaned the Triangular Field up real nice recently, maybe with a prescribed burn. Looks a bit different all cleared out.

Legend has it if you take a picture from the bottom to the top the pic will not take. I can say beyond a shadow do a doubt thats true. Happened to me twice two different times. But I have taken them and it has worked. Time it didnt was July 2 around 5 pm.

If you view your video and mine, you will see contrasting perspectives of it from the Union (more you) and Confederate (more me) sides. Yes. This is one of my major pet peeves in the hobby, the 1st sergeant (or any sergeant) doing this kind of drill. Corporals were expected to do this kind of work. I'm a corporal in my reenacting unit and I have successfully broken the sergeants to f doing this kind of small drill.

I say Hi to Max whenever I see him at either The Grange events or those at Old Bethpage Village. He is a very talented musician on many different instruments, yet often finds himself working at the Mess Tent (?). After seeing him in a Grange Civil War video I mean to ask him if the Entenmann's pastries were "GI" issue (haha)
