I like this model home so much that I had a drafting company draw up this floor plan but put in two different ideas. I added a 6/12 pitch roof and a French door.

This is amazing to see this video. And to know that there is a school in this country that is teaching their students how to build a home. I feel that all High schools nationwide needs to adopt this idea and run with it. They need to plan field trips to manufactured home shows as well. There is much to be learned by the students. The executives were all amazing. Their willingness to share some of their knowledge is huge.

Ohhh Deer Valley you are making this house choosing incredibly difficult. lol. It's either the Chief, Anais, Briarwritz, or Kairos II. We need 4bd, 3.5ba, a family room and of course a decent sized kitchen that is not cramped or ridiculously small with no cabinet or counter space and must haves are an island and barn sink.

Awesome job! I once showed pictures of a new manufactured home to HUD's FHA Commissioner. Her reaction was, "OMG! That's awesome!" Other said, "That kitchen's nicer than mine!" Great work.

The space could have been better with vaulted ceilings. As it is it felt kinda tight to me. That wow factor is missing.

I like the kitchen in the corner of the home and the utility room / laundry room off of the kitchen. A nice size pantry is a must have. On the other side of the wall from the utility room / laundry room is master bedroom with an awesome on suite bathroom . Dexter Lombardo 🧔🤠

So this is pretty much a Winston Grayson. Will Sunshine be any cheaper with the same options or more expensive? The thing I don't like about Sunshine is the 2x8 on a 24" center for the floor joist. That should never be designed like that.
