Beautiful! Just pointing out even stick built houses are done esthetically, you can stick build a house just as "cheap" or "plain" as a manufactured house.

This is what I'm saying about the single piece insert! LOVE that its one whole piece! People don't quite understand that when it comes in sections no matter how often you clean it water and soap scum are going to get between the cracks and its horrible to try to have to clean out not to mention the water damage that occurs. I LOVE that tub it also gets point from me because of all the ledges. A FREEZER SPACE!! All the homes I've seen in the last gosh two years (Cheaper side) have no room for a freezer. Its very sad they aren't thinking about that little bit of needed space. I would personally love to see some of the "cheaper" homes with optional two master suits if possible. (If not classified as a master atleast not much smaller). Must need dining space, decent sized kitchen (Prefer with pantry of some kind) and a freezer space.

I really like this home. I would have LVP throughout the house. Not a fan of carpet.
