What do you think about mangrove crabs? They are more demanding of the content.

I was going to say that it looks like a female, glad you found that out. I didn’t think these liked being kept like that as they’ve always died when I tried to keep them in home made pens.

Dude you had a lucky escape this time, but I very strongly suggest next time when you go to clean out her enclosure and Bobina decides to make a run for it?... please put down a thick soft rug or carpet down on the floor because most times when spiders with big bulbous abdomens fall from a great height onto a hard wooden or concrete surface their abdomens split and burst open and if that happens?... it's game over Dude... she'll be a goner! cause once that abdomen breaks open there's no saving them cause their lungs are in that part of the body as well as most their other major organs, so please next time try be more careful and try catch her but also put a thick soft rug or carpet down bellow where you have her enclosure.

Which brand shrimp guard are you using and what's the pipe diameter? Been trying to find good ones and yours really seemed to just slide on no biggie.

Such an awesome tank, I wish I had the funds & space for all these projects like you. I have started to collect random items from nature & am planning on trying to build a bioactive terrarium on a budget lol. Any advice on materials I need would be greatly appreciated 😁

the flow is too slow for the Bamboo shrimp, they even desperatly hanging on the filter outlet,. They live in strong river currents. The Chilli rasbora dont like strong current, so i would recommend to rehome the bamboo shrimp

ive seen one on the side of my house the size of my hand witch is quite big. like 5/6 inches, it was dark so could of been a excaped turantula? but looked exactly like a house spider, wich could of mated with another species to get big?
