After being in Man' therapy for over 20 years, Spirit bought me to The Purpose Place for God's therapy...and although it has been a daily walk, I am grateful that a found a Spiritual Home in the Purpose Place. Hey guy’s I love you so much ❤❤ have you tried steamed asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, green peppers and sweet onions or sautéed??? With brown rice or quinoa. I went to great lengths to get my health back from a lot of health issues through diet, trial and error and lots of research. I used to be vegetarian, then tried veganism for a little bit, then finally found my perfect diet in order to get all the proper balance of nutrients, which is a Keto diet, which is mainly fruits, veggies, and high protein, rotating proteins, and never pork. Finding substitutes for things I enjoyed but weren't good for health. Coupled with taking vitamins from good sources, and always incorporating the super foods in recipes or for snacks. And always reading the ingredient labels. Buying Organic and/or local as much as possible, not only for health, but also to support our farmers and protect farmers who are doing it right and preserve where our food comes, instead of funding nasty food corporations and big pharma.

I had a heart attack I had 5 stens put in you would never thought I had a heart attack either I was sitting up in the bed laughing at my company I didn't know I was having a heart attack I felt good all day and I want to the grocery store and that's where I had the attack at they tried to get me to go to the hospital but I wouldn't go I threw up several times and the restaurant owner ask me can he call them just to take my vitals my blood pressure was over 200 my blood sugar was 300 and something and so I told them okay when I got to the hospital I had two more but God has healed me I was still on the cross thank you Jesus
