Oh my MY!!! Dan's Every thug.... I'll forever remember hearing this today! That sing has DEEP MEANING FOR ME! I'd do anything to go back and tell that kid in the apartment! That.... lifes gonna work even though it will fall apart. Just to be back IN MY UTOPIA!!!!! before my brian was corroded with dumb ROCK STAR Fantasies. I lived em... they killed me so many times!

Good GAWD!!! Dan has perfect pitch!!! You ever see em live! Its sooo loud ur ears blast through the muffle from ur eardrums going but I have a thing when I hear a perfect note... my ears tweak and my arm hairs stand up!!

Trio firing on all 12cylinders here! The audience got a nice silly treat whether they knew it at the time or not. Derek and Dan both slaying on guitar. Matt really feeling it on vocals! Derek you are missed, Atom you are welcomed. I love this band

I got to see em do a show just like this! Win ticket's on the radio!! Was working in a call center! "SummerBay Resort" It was in the Good Mourning tour/after tour. Was amazing!!! Got to meet them and get a signature! As a new songwriter at the time... my question (to kinda get help!) Was "do you write the lyrics or the melodies 1st? Is it a set idea on the shape of the song or do u just rock it?" Dan was "oh.... we kinda do a mix of both... you kno..." Matt walks up and "yea we keep it organic natural stuff..." They both trailed off on an question I could've answered myself for them! LMADO!!!! And they trailed off on it! It was rad though! Just a lil 30x30 room above the House of Blues they were playing that night. Sooooo rad!

42 now, started listening to Alk3 at 22-23 ish? Then they changed my life by learning more about their philosophical beliefs. I then began to read more and research and because of them I educated myself in the sciences. Always will be my fav band.
