Maybe I am missing something but I would love to see more Derek. Even when ending with blue in the face the camera rarely went to him. A drummer that can play guitar and sing needs more credit, not that Dan and Matt aren't multi-talented as well. I love them all. Hands down my favorite band.

I got to see em do a show just like this! Win ticket's on the radio!! Was working in a call center! "SummerBay Resort" It was in the Good Mourning tour/after tour. Was amazing!!! Got to meet them and get a signature! As a new songwriter at the time... my question (to kinda get help!) Was "do you write the lyrics or the melodies 1st? Is it a set idea on the shape of the song or do u just rock it?" Dan was "oh.... we kinda do a mix of both... you kno..." Matt walks up and "yea we keep it organic natural stuff..." They both trailed off on an question I could've answered myself for them! LMADO!!!! And they trailed off on it! It was rad though! Just a lil 30x30 room above the House of Blues they were playing that night. Sooooo rad!

Dexter Morgan Because Matt Skiba actually wrote Emma. Because of he's acid reflux during the recording of Good Mourning, Dan sings the song on the original version. Although, on every acoustic performance of Emma, Matt sings the song
