i bought a new GM brand fan control module and it hardly turns on foot a few seconds the car tries to over hear and it won't turn on, it turns on randomly just like the old control module. does this car have a fan resistor or fan relay, mines a 2016 cts 2.0

Couldn’t you just pull a 50a fuse from somewhere else to see if that fixes the problem?

How do I know what rack and pinion specifically I need to get? I was told mine is an nj2, but they’re telling me it has to be a specific nj2 rack and pinion. I’m confused! Please help!

My 2003 Ford ranger IAT sensor is reporting 99 degrees on engine cold and the temperature outside is 60 degrees. I also have a crank but no start issue. Lean in both banks

u can also use a hoist undo the motor mounts and lift it to clear all that

I hit a pothole while turning, and the exact same thing happened where my steering wheel got stiff, and I panicked , I'm a girl and dont know shit about cars, lol It's crazy how a busted fuse could do to your car . Went to orileys and got 2 new fuses, and it worked ! Thank you so much, sir !

In order to drop rack n pinion down enough do you have to remove the 2 fluid lines that are held on by 1 bolt to drop it enough

What if u don't have a scanner? Does unplugging the battery reset it too?

No code but when I tap on the fan or the fan module it runs well and I hit the fan and the module one at a time again, it is not failing so I’m having trouble replicating the problem.

That’s only a temporary fix you need to find out why is the fuse burning out I have the same problem and been replacing fuses for a week already I was told it’s the power steering pump.

Ford are usually double honey combs and sometimes you will see that the bottom one, where you remove the exhaust pipe, is good but the top honey comb is busted or got loose.

I’ve done a few of these you don’t have to undo the struts just undo both the motor mounds underneath the sway bar end links and then the loosen the front two sub frame bolts and take out the back two and then lower it untill u can get the sway bar out and when you have enough room to get the sway bar out the rack will fit out
